ADMINISTRATIVE DOCUMENTS
Micromatt can scan all your administrative documents like contracts, invoices, personnel files etc. Besides saving space, digital documents can be shared and consulted by multiples people in an organization. With our scanned documents, we apply OCR (Optical Character Recognition) that permits to search for specific words inside the document. We also use the archival standard PDF/A for all documents scanned.

Your large documents, in black or in color, can be converted into digital files to keep, transport and view, even on your mobile platforms. Micromatt can scan your plans, technical drawings, maps and other large documents up to 48 inches wide, even using advanced image processing to improve readability.

BOOK SCANNING
You can now ensure the longevity of your old and precious books, even fragile, entrusting us scanning your bound documents of all sizes. Using highly specialized scanners, ensuring the capture of pages without physical constraints or damaging lighting, our operators will be able to extract high quality images allowing even full text search. So give broad access to these rare documents more easily to more people

MICROFORMS SCANNING
While the preservation of microfilm documents has now been replaced by digital scanning, there is still a very large quantity of legacy microfilm and microfiche, from which we can also extract indexed digital files to make them accessible and easier to read and share.
Microfilm: 35mm (0.05$ – 0.075$) per image – 16mm (0.02$ – 0.03$) per image
Microfiche: 1.50$ – 6$ per fiche or 0.045$ – 0.06$ per image
Aperture cards: 0.55$ – 1.50$ per card
MICROFILM ARCHIVING OF YOUR DIGITAL DOCUMENTS
Note, however, that we still have the equipment to produce conventional microfilm from your documents, books and technical drawings, thus meeting certain specific conservation requirements. It is also possible for us to produce microfilm from digital data, through direct virtual printing, to constitute what many call ultimate long-term backup, independent of any computer or operating system.
